Admission Requirements

1. Doctor of Social Work (DSW)

Faculty: Arts and Social Sciences

Admission Requirements

  • Must possess all requirements for Master’s admission.
  • Must have Master’s Degree in Social Work with minimum weighted score of 60.
  • Must have at least 10 years of relevant industry experience directly related to the field of study.

2. Doctor of Cyber Security (D.CYB)

Faculty: Computing & Informatics

Admission Requirements

  • Must have all requirements for Master’s admission.
  • Must possess Master’s Degree in Cyber Security or related fields with minimum weighted average score of 60.
  • Must have at least 10 years relevant industry experience directly related to the field.

3. Doctor of Information Technology (D.IT)

Faculty: Engineering and Technology (Department of Computer Engineering)

Admission Requirements

  • Must have all requirements for Master’s admission.
  • Must possess Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields with minimum weighted average score of 60.
  • Must have at least 10 years relevant industry experience directly related to the field.

4. Doctor of Safety Technology Management

Faculty: Engineering and Technology (Department of Mechanical Engineering)

Admission Requirements

  • Must possess Master of Safety Technology Management or its equivalent OR Master’s Degree in related fields from LAUTECH or any recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience.
  • Must possess internet browsing & online research skills.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies required.

5. Doctor of Business Administration

Faculty: Management Sciences

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and MBA degree or its equivalent of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology or any other recognized institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant managerial work experience.
  • Two (2) referees, one of which must be an academic.
